Both Jo and Dee have had their work acknowledged by awards voted on by their peers. Dee’s work in
developing and implementing  learning in the workplace has been the subject of articles, and Jo’s leadership of
an organisation that doubled in size within six years speaks for itself.

Jo has a Bachelor of Applied Management in Business Transformation and Change. As part of her role as a
district councillor she has become a Resource Management Act Commissioner, having completed the Making
Good Decisions qualification (Hearing Chair endorsed).

Jo has been instrumental in introducing and leading change around models of support in the Community
Services Sector. This has involved international research and contextualising models for the New Zealand
culture.

Dee has a BA in Psychology and Education, a GradDip in Adult Teaching and Learning, the National Certificate
in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education(level 5) and a NZ Business Diploma in Leadership and Management
(Level 6).

Dee's work developing and delivering learning material and assessment via the free Google platform has been
recognised. She is also comfortable talking with IT professionals and working collaboratively with them to
develop systems that support effective workplace learning and day to day business.

We love any chalenge where we can use these skills - bring it on!
